AME 20 Isomolded, very fine grain high strength, high density, isotropic graphite. Maximum inert service temperature 5,000 F (2,760 C)
AME 25 Isomolded, very fine grain, high strength, high density, isotropic graphite. Maximum inert service temperature of 5,000 F (2,760 C)Formulated for use in most EDM applications requiring medium metal removal rates and good surface finish. Relatively low wear rates in finishing operations. Surface finish 6.3 to 4.5 Ra μm.
AME 60 Isostatically pressed EDM Graphite with a bulk density of 1.77 c/gm3
AME 70 Isomolded, very fine grain, high strength, isotropic graphite. Maximum inert atmosphere service temperature 5,000 F (2,760 C). A high quality EDM graphite. A good universal EDM material which yields both good metal removal rates and wear characteristics, while producing an excellent surface finish. Surface finish 5.5 to 4.5 Ra μm.
AME 200 Isostatically pressed EDM Graphite with a bulk density of 1.83 g/cm3 and a Rockwell Hardness of 90
AME 260 Isomolded, very fine grain, high strength, isotropic graphite. An excellent EDM material which yields both good metal removal rates and excellent elerode wear. Produces a surface finish 4.0 Ra μm.
AME 300 Isostatically pressed EDM Graphite with a bulk density of 1.88 g/cm3 and a Rockwell Hardness of 85
AME 500 High Density Ultra Fine Graphite. LOWEST ELECTRODE WEAR. Able to produce very precise machining details and a remarkable surface finish, while reducing electrode wear.
AME 800 Isomolded, very fine micro-grain, high strength, isotropic graphite. Micro-grain EDM graphite with exceptional ease of machining and outstanding EDM performance. Provides excellent surface finish and low electrode wear. Best choice for fine detail and intricate EDM electrodes.
EDM-1 POCO's EDM-1 is the lowest priced Ultrafine grain graphite. In addition to providing good wear resistance, speed, and finish, lower electrode fabrication costs are possible when larger electrodes are required.
EDM-200 POCO's EDM-200 is an isotropic Superfine particle graphite providing good strength, surface finish, and wear resistance. Moderately priced, EDM-200 provides excellent repeatability from electrode to electrode and from job to job.
EDM3 POCO's EDM-3 is an isotropic Ultrafine grain graphite which offers high strength with outstanding wear and fine surface finish characteristics easily machined to thicknesses of .005 or less.
